How My Journey Began

As a lifelong learner and student of life, my journey began early while growing up overseas as an American citizen. Through direct immersion, observation and integration of living in other countries, my early formative years provided an opportunity and deep desire to learn about belonging and a drive for a sense of direction.  My journey has taken me in many directions, and has led me to discover not only my personal power, a sense of direction, and find myself on a pathway to my own purpose in life. 

Professionally,  I have been teaching Spanish for over 20 years to a wide variety of students. I am a  student of life, teacher of Spanish, mother, practitioner of mind, body and spirit alignment, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Transpersonal Life coach.  I have a Master’s degree in Spanish and I am passionate about teaching language and culture to my students. Additionally, for the past ten years, I have been studying and practicing Metaphysics, Reiki, Subtle Energy, Dreamwork, Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Embodiment.

Called to listen deeply on my healing journey led me to discover the wonder and transformative power of self-love. I am devoted to practicing a variety of healing modalities by  exploring and practicing multiple integrative pathways which inspire  me to connect, deepen, and strengthen my mind, body and soul connected consciousness.  

My purpose is to offer  a safe space for connection, and empowerment with clients who seek to grow and take an inner journey to their own innate strengths. I believe in possibilities, and the creative power of intentional living.  I truly enjoy meaningful conversations which provide a supportive and safe environment for my clients to discover their most authentic self-expression.
